The following payment options are accepted

CREDIT CARD: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Visa and Mastercard are verified with a security code. The payment is charged to your card when you submit an order.

When paying with foreign cards, we charge a fee on Mastercard / Foreign Visacard according to NETS current rates for 2014. Dankort and Visa Electron & debit cards are subject to a fee of 1.45 kr. Your card details are not stored by Ambassador, but are encrypted via the Secure Socket Layer (NETS SSL) protocol. No information is passed on to third parties.


We have a 1-3 day delivery time. You add the desired items to your cart, go to checkout, fill in the required fields and then you receive a confirmation that the order has been processed.


Ambassador has free shipping in Denmark. GLS is responsible for all shipping at Ambassador. International prices are listed separately by country.

Returns and exchanges

We will exchange or take back your goods up to 14 days from receipt, this also applies to sales and promotional items. However, you must ensure that the goods are received by us within 14 days of your receipt. Please note that up to closing and public holidays are also included in the return days. The item must be in exactly the same condition as when received. There must be intact return labels from Ambassador, just like when you received from us. Postage for returns is paid by the customer. Always remember to return as an insured parcel post. Ambassador cannot be held responsible for lost packages or mail. Always save your receipt until we have received the package and sent the money back.


According to Danish law, the customer has a 24-month warranty on goods. However, we have chosen to extend this and you have a 10-year warranty. The warranty covers defects in the product that are not caused by improper washing, wear and tear or misuse. Upon receipt, please check the product for defects and report it to Ambassador within 14 days or as soon as possible. We will then decide whether the product is eligible for warranty and, if necessary, exchange it for an identical or similar product or, alternatively, replace the product. REMEMBER ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED! Otherwise, you have no warranty with us. Postage for the complaint is borne by you. RETURNING

Order Cancellation Under Danish sales regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from the AMBASSADOR brand for a full refund. Order cancellations must be sent via email to:

Return or exchange an item if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) upon receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred. Please note: the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that assures you of the value of the item. Provide us with a tracking number for the returned item. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The package may take up to 7 business days to be returned to our warehouse unless sent via special delivery.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please include a note in the returned package with the original order number found on your order confirmation. The AMBASSADOR brand does not accept returns of non-defective items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if an item has been received without tags, the customer must notify us (by phone or email) the same day if they wish to make a return. We strongly advise all customers to check the garments thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. In the event of failure to return goods to us within the set deadlines, we are entitled to charge any costs incurred in restoring the goods, even if they have been validly canceled. Please note that international customs and sales taxes are NOT refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU). If the item you received is defective, please report it when you write an email to, stating your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you need a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the defective item to return it to us. Ambassador 1867 provides a 10-year warranty against product defects under normal use within 10 years from the date of purchase. Products will be exchanged for identical or similar products. Ambassador 1867 will assess whether a product is eligible for an exchange. Taxes from outside the EU are not covered. Shipping fees are not covered. Original receipt must be sent with products.
