CREDIT CARD: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Visa and Mastercard are verified with a security code. The payment will be deducted from your card when you send an order.
When paying with foreign cards, we charge a fee on Mastercard / Foreign Visacard according to NETS applicable rates for 2014. Dankort and Visa Electron & debit cards are subject to a fee of DKK 1.45. Your card information is not stored by Ambassador, but is encrypted through the Secure Socket Layer (NETS SSL) protocol. No information is disclosed to third parties.
We have 1-3 days delivery time. You place the desired items in the basket, go to check-out, fill in the fields that are required, and then you receive a confirmation that the order has gone through.
Ambassador has free shipping in Denmark. GLS is responsible for all shipping at Ambassador. Prices for abroad are disclosed separately by country.
Return & Exchange
We exchange or take your goods back up to 14 days from receipt, this also applies to sale and promotional items. However, you must ensure that the goods are received by us within 14 days of your receipt. Up to closing & public holidays please be aware that these are also included in the return days. The item must be in exactly the same condition as on receipt. There must be intact return tags from Ambassador, just like when you received from us. Postage on return det pays the customer. Always remember to return as an insured parcel postage. Ambassador cannot be held liable for lost packages or mail. Always save your receipt until we have received the package and sent the amount back.
Under Danish law, the customer has a 24-month warranty on goods. However, we have chosen to extend this and you have a 10-year warranty. The warranty covers defects in the product that have not been caused by fault washing, wear or improper use. Upon receipt, please review the product for defects and report it to Ambassador within 14 days, or as soon as possible. We will then decide whether the product is eligible for warranty and, if necessary, exchange for identical or similar product, and alternatively replace the product. REMEMBER ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED! Otherwise, you have no warranty with us. Porto vedr. complaint is held by you.
Order Cancellations under Danish Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from the AMBASSADOR Brand's, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be submitted by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an Item section below. Return or exchange an item if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / color if preferred. Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please provide us with a tracking number of the returned item. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please enclose a note in the returned parcel with the original order number, which can be found on your order confirmation.
The AMBASSADOR Brand will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or e-mail) on the same day if they wish to return. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU). If the item you received is faulty please report so when writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. 10 year quality warranty
Ambassador 1867 offers a 10 year warranty on product failures from normal use, within 10 years from the date of purchase. Products will be exchanged to identical or similar products. Ambassador 1867 will evaluate if a product is eligible of an exchange. Taxes from countries outside of EU will not be covered. Shipping fees will not be covered. Original receipt must be send with products.
